Privacy Policy

PrimalPrime (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://primalprime.com(the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to The Prime Report, we store your email address and the topic preferences you select. We use this solely to send you the newsletter and topic-targeted breakthrough alerts.

Tool inputs. When you use an interactive calculator (biological age, peptide dosage, zone 2 heart rate, etc.), the values you enter are processed in your browser. We do not store individual tool results unless you explicitly save them by creating an account or submitting them for analysis.

Analytics. We use PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages and tools are most useful. These services may set cookies and log anonymized usage patterns (page views, click paths, device type, country). They do not collect identifiable medical information.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs for security and performance debugging — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. These are retained for a limited period and not shared.

What we do not collect

We never sell your data. We do not collect lab results, prescription information, or any identifiable medical history through the public site. Anything you read here is educational content, not a medical record.

How we use your data

• Detect and prevent abuse of our APIs
• Comply with legal obligations

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

You can at any time:

• Ask what data we hold on you
• Request correction or deletion
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (one click in every email)
• Object to processing for marketing purposes

Cookies

We use cookies set by our analytics providers (PostHog, GA4, Clarity) and our own session cookies for newsletter preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site — only analytics will be affected.

Third parties

We share email addresses with our email-sending provider (Resend) solely for the purpose of delivering the newsletter. Analytics is sent to PostHog, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Our database is hosted on Supabase. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements with us.

Children

PrimalPrime is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
